As a consortium partner of main contractor Alstom in 2×338 MW power plant, execution of all civil works and mechanical works in BOP.
Tekfen – GAMA (TGO) executed all civil works of the power plant, and BOP mechanical works (all mechanical works excluded from units), piping, HVAC and FF works.
GAMA executed civil, electrical & instrumentation, mechanical, painting and insulation works for slug catcher, inlet, waste water treatment, effluent, flare, utilities, cooling water/sea water, cooling water pump, sulphur storage tanks’ and chemical tanks’ areas for trains 6 and 7.
The project is construction of process buildings of petroleum process facility under Kashagan Field Development Project – Experimental Program.
Scope of project is; engineering, supply of all civil works materials and all consumables, execution of civil works, construction of industrial buildings, fabrication and erection of steel structures, prefabrication of piping spools and installation, installation of equipment, painting and insulation works of fire station building, center control room, laboratory, mechanical workshop, electrical and instrumentation workshop, warehouse (2 ea), temporary refuges (2 ea.), gate house and change room.
This project is undertaken and executed by GATE İnşaat Taahhüt San. ve Tes. A.Ş. a subsidiary of GAMA with %50 share.
The project, consists of 4 main sections; 3 sulphuric acid production plants, each with the capacity of 5,000 tons/day, and a common part serving to these 3 plants, is undertaken by GAMA Industry Arabia Ltd.
Execution of all mechanical and electrical installation, instrumentation, piping, painting and insulation works in trains 1 and 2 of the Liquified Natural Gas Plant in Balhaf – Yemen.
GAMA Renewable Energy Systems Construction Co. (GAYES), a subsidiary of GAMA, executed the project as the enginering, procurement and construction contractor.
With the altitude of 1,400 m – 930 m, run of the river type hydroelectric power plant project has 2×8.25 MW pelton turbines. Electromechanical equipments are provided by VAtech – STE – Indar Consortium on a turn-key basis.
Power Plant is delivered to the Owner with fully operational condition. In addition, GAMA Renewable Energy Systems assisted & managed relations with public & state authorities for the permits and licences on behalf of the Owner/Investor during the construction period.
EPC Contract for 36.4 MW Lamas Run of River Hydroelectric Power Plant is undertaken on a turnkey basis.
With the altitude of 654 m – 80 m, run of the river type hydroelectric power plant project has 2×7.39 MW and 2×10,81 MW pelton turbines.
GAMA Industry performed civil construction, structural steel erection, equipment installation, pipe prefabrication and piping, painting and insulation works for the process buildings, infrastructure, transformer station, finishing works, electrical and instrumantation installation works, landscaping and roads construction, cold tests and commissioning works of the 1,200,000 ton/year capacity Vyksa Casting Rolling Plant.
Mechanical erection of 3×600 MW boilers, 3 pcs. electrostatic filter, 1 pcs. ash handling system and 1 pcs. auxiliary boiler including paint touch-up works are implemented.
Construction, structural steel, equipment and piping installation works for the LDPE/HDPE Plant in Jubail city of Saudi Arabia is subcontracted to GAMA Industry Arabia Ltd. by the main contractor Tecnimont Arabia Ltd.
