Vyksa 250th Year Projects
Hotel Complex construction, Cafe-canteen contruction and Cultural Center renovation:
- Hotel Complex: At European standarts with 5 star-level, total of 87 unit standart guest room, 5 unit delux and 1 unit king suit. The project consists of all design works (decoration included), construction, procurement and commissining items.
- Cafe-Canteen Building: Approximately 700 m2 serving to 180 people. Whole superstructure is made of woolen logs procured from Finland.
- Cultural Center Building: Renewal of roof and its drainage system, exterior door and window works and renewal of exterior building painting with some artistic works repair.
