The project involves the construction of rainwater and wastewater networks, incorporating 10 main stations and 5 secondary lifting stations.
The Joint Venture is responsible for constructing 359 km of GRP and PVC pipe sewage and rainwater networks, along with civil, structural, and electromechanical works, including the erection of Pumping Stations and commissioning equipment and facilities, under a unit price basis contract.

The detail project engineering and procurement engineering management contracting of the Maleic Anhydrite plant, which is planned to have an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons, was undertaken by GAMA Industry. The project will be built in Gebkim – Kocaeli Gebze V (Chemical) Specialized Organized Industrial Zone. The project is planned to be completed in 17 months.

Installation of the Yamal LNG Plant which is the first LNG plant on the pole, in addition is one of the world’s largest industrial facilities are completed successfully despite the harsh and challenging weather conditions.
The Khurais project as a whole covers three oilfields: Khurais, Abu Jifan and Mazalij. Throughout this region there are numerous gas oil separation plants (GOSPs), which provide the initial separation of water and gas from the oil prior to shipment to Abqaiq for further processing.
GAMA Industry provided civil, infrastructure, structural, architectural, electromechanical erection works of gas and oil separation plant and make it ready for commissioning.
The Kocaeli Integrated Health Campus Project, which was tendered under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey, was undertaken by Kocaeli Hospital Investment and Healthcare Services Inc. Kocaeli City Hospital, which was undertaken by GAMA Industry with a 50% partnership, started providing services on April 3, 2023. Equipped with modern technology and planned according to high operational standards, Kocaeli City Hospital serves not only Kocaeli but also surrounding provinces in the Marmara Region.
Ranked among the top five largest city hospitals in Turkey, Kocaeli City Hospital has approximately 380,000 square meters of indoor space. The hospital complex consists of six hospitals: General Hospital, Main Hospital, Women and Children’s Hospital, Cardiovascular Surgery Hospital, Oncology Hospital, and Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center. It also includes a High Security Forensic Psychiatry Hospital, 1,218 patient beds, 218 polyclinic rooms, 188 intensive care units, 63 operating rooms, and a Burn Center. The hospital complex is easily accessible through the rotary junction and side roads built on the TEM motorway, and it also features a helipad.

The construction works and procurement of products and services for the İzmir Bayraklı Integrated Health Campus Project, tendered by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, have been undertaken by İzmir Bayraklı Hospital Investment and Health Services Inc. The Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the project was signed between İzmir Bayraklı Hospital Investment and Health Services Inc. (SPV) and the Türkerler-GAMA Ordinary Partnership.
The İzmir Bayraklı City Hospital, with a construction partnership of 50% by GAMA Industry, started its services on October 16, 2023. The integrated health facility, covering 628,000 square meters of closed area, consists of six hospitals, including General Hospital, Main Hospital, Maternity and Children’s Hospital, Cardiovascular Surgery Hospital, Oncology Hospital, and High-Security Forensic Psychiatry Hospital, with a total of 2060 patient beds.
As the largest hospital in the Aegean Region, İzmir Bayraklı City Hospital features 337 clinics, 54 operating rooms, 7 catheterization laboratories, 30 dialysis beds, and 50 chemotherapy chairs. The design features of the modern healthcare facility, high construction standards, and the infrastructure of medical and information technology make it an international example. Approximately 1300 seismic isolators were used in the integrated health facility.
To prepare the plant site and provide civil, structural and architectural related works on EPC basis for the Al-Khalij 4×350 MW Thermal Power Plant.

Kaluga Electro Steel Melting Complex Project is realized as a “Greenfield Project” by GAMA Industry Inc.
The complex, which has been working in normal manufacturing regime since August 2013, can handle 2 million ton of scrap iron and produce 1 million ton of reinforcing steel bars and hot rolled profiles annually.
The Project, which has quite big volume of works with main items of 2,000,000 m3 earthworks, 120,000 m3 concrete, 45,000 ton structural steel and 10,000 ton equipment erection, consists of electric arc and ladle furnaces, 8-strand caster, billet handling and storage facilities, de-dusting plant, water treatment plants, scrap yard, material preparation plant and other auxiliary units.
The Power Plant provides electrical power to be used by the onshore processing facility. The equipments are mainly; 2 nos GE 6B Gas Turbines, 3 nos Essential Diesel Generators, Power Generation Building, Essential Diesel Generator Building, Step up Transformers, 35/10/0,7/0,4 kV Switchgears and DCS.
