GAMA Industry performed Engineering-Procurement-Construction of 4 industrial buildings with a total volume of 29,149 cubic meters and execution of complete civil and mechanical installation works for construction of new Polyethylene Plant having a production capacity of 800 KTA.
Grouping: GAMA Industry
The project consists of turn-key construction of two units of imported coal fired steam boilers and turbine generator sets with a total capacity of 1320 MW electric power (2×660 MW) including coal handling system, flue gas desulphurization plant, sea water cooling handling system, coal unloading jetty, stack and other auxiliary units.
GAMA – Tekfen Joint Venture was responsible for the construction of the plant, including the coal unloading jetty.
GAYES performed turnkey construction of 76 km long pipeline with 1,200 mm diameter, including 6 km long Danube river passage parallel to the existing line and connect to it.
Moreover, construction of transformer buildings, pig receiver and launcher units as well as electrical works and communication and automation systems works are executed.
Design, construction, manufacturing and complete mechanical and electrical erection of 1 ea. complete crushing unit, 1,500 t/hr capacity 1 ea. complete pre-homogenising unit; 50,000 ton storing, 1,800 t/hr stacking and 800 t/hr reclaiming capacity 1 ea.
GAMA Industry performed turnkey construction of Flue Gas Desulphurisation Plant with wet limestone process for 3×210 MW Kemerköy Thermal Power Plant Units I, II & III, consisting of Limestone Handling, Absorbent Preparation, Scrubbing (with 3 ea. Scrubbers), Flue Gas, Gypsum Dewatering & Handling, Utility, Electrical and C&I Systems, including infrastructure and buildings.
GAMA Industry performed turnkey supply and construction of embassy, ambassador redidence, visa section and guard houses, landscaping and infrastructural works.
Construction area: 6,452 m2 closed building area + 9,263 m2 outdoor area
GAMA Industry performed construction and erection works to increase the production capacity from 1,800 tons/day to 4,500 tons/day by precalcination.
Luginetsky Gas Compressor Sation is located in a remote area, about 500 km north of Tomsk city in Western Siberia. Ambient temprature varies from +36 C during summer to -55 C in winter time. The station is planned to seperate, compress and dehydrate the associated gas from the Luginetsky oil field.
The gas to be treated at Hawiyah Gas Plant arrives to the Plant through gas manifolds and trunk lines. The treated gas is then given to gas pipeline grid system.
GAMA Industry executed two contracts is the mechanical erection works package of Utility and Sulphur Recorvery units of Hawiyah Gas Plant.
The scope covers the construction of 23 buildings, plant foundations, underground RTR piping works and other related works for the first contract. Within the context of the second contract a utilities area (covering steam, instrument air, nitrogen, fire water, utility water, demin-water, etc.), a sulphur recorvery area where the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in the gas in converted into hydrogen (H2) and molten sulphur (S4), a sulphur loading area (tanks ans loading facilities) and other areas (fire training etc.), are included.
Based on PPA, the project is a fully privately financed and constructed on turn-key basis with two significant phases:
- Construction of 150 MW (established capacity) combined cycle diesel power plant (consist of 13 each 11 MW engines and one 9.5 MW steam turbune & generator),
- Operation of the power plant for 5 years with 8,760 hr/year and 130 MW-100% availability.
EPC contract includes all basic & detailed design of the power plant, procurement of all power plant equipment, all civil, structural works, all mechanical erection works, installation of all electrical, instrumentation and control systems. The contract also includes commissioning, start-up works and training of client’s personnel.
Operation of the plant is also in the scope of GAMA.
