3×16 MW Tarutino Compressor Station

Turnkey construction of 48 MW compressor station, which increase the pressure of gas from 50 bar to 75 bar by means of which 3.9 billion m3 per year additional capacity is executed.

In addition to main compressor buildings, construction of administrative and control building, gas filling station, fuel stores, gas/diesel electric stations, accumulator building, boiler house and pump station, storages, social facilities, water cleaning unit and 2 water wells as well as electrical and automation works were included in the project.

This project has been executed by GAYES – GAMA Renewable Energy Systems Construction Corp. (formerly Transbalkan A.S.), a subsidiary of GAMA Industry Inc.

6×112 MW Birecik Hydroelectric Power Plant and Birecik Dam

The Birecik Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant is located on the Euphrates river in the South Eastern part of Turkey. Birecik Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant is located on the Euphrates river in the South Eastern part of Turkey. Dam crest is more than 2.5 km. long and consist of earth embankment dams on the left and right banks of the river, having a concrete gravity dam section in between, which integrates the spillway and the intake structure to the powerhouse. The dam height is 62.5 m. Power house is equipped with six Francis turbines with 112 MW each, with a total capacity of 672 MW. An annual electricity production of about 2.5 billion kWh is anticipated. In addition, the 56 km2 reservoir is planned to be used for irrigation of 70,000 hectares of farmland. The project is implemented on a “finance-built-operate-transfer” bases, with an operation period of 15 years.

This is the first major project in Turkey to be implemented on finance-built-operate-transfer basis.

Turkmenbashi Refinery – Lube Oil Plant

Within the modernisation of the existing Türkmenbashy Refinery, a new 76,200 ton/year capacity lube oil unit is included. GAMA Industry and Philipp Holzmann of Germany formed a consortium to execute the turnkey construction of the plant as a subcontractor to main contractor Technip – Germany.

Turkmenbashi Refinery MSCC Plant

750,000 ton/year Continuous Catalytic Platformer Unit is the first of a series of projects, within the Modernisation Program of the existing 50 years old Turkmenbashi Refinery, located in western Turkmenistan, on the Caspian Sea shores.

GAMA Industry executed the turnkey construction of this refinery unit as a consortium member, together with Chioda Co. from Japan.

Ibn Zahr Polypropylene II Plant

The existing Polypropylene Plant (PP I) at IBN ZAHR complex in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia is extended by a new plant and associated facilities (PP II) to increase the polypropylene capacity to 320 KTA.

GAMA Industry executed the turn-key erection of the PP II plant as a subcontractor to Saudi Arabian Parsons Ltd.

TUPRAS Izmir Refinery – CCR and Isomerization Plants

The existing refinery is extended with two new units to increase the capacity for high-octane-fuel and to produce unleaded-fuel.

Besides CCR and Isomerization Units a new cooling tower, a flare unit, three storage tanks were supplied and connections of existing and new units are performed.

This turn-key project is executed by FWI (Italy) and GAMA Industry Consortium.

Serdar Hotel (5 Star)

GAMA Industry performed design, supply and construction of a five star hotel block with 106 rooms (92 rooms for double, one presidential suit, 8 suites and 6 deluxe suites), lobby, restaurant, ballroom conference hall, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court and other sport and leisure premises including technical facilities and landscaping.

Construction Area: 10,000 m2 closed area + 16,000 m2 open area

Ipek Paper Mill

Turn-key civil construction of a Paper Mill consisting of reel storage unit, workshop, boiler plant extension, infrastructural works, roads and storage areas is implemented.

Utility Modernization of EP-300 Ethylene Plant

The project consists of the construction of two boilers and steam turbine generator sets with a capacity of 2×240 ton/hour high pressure steam and 2×16.5 MW electric power. A common Water Treatment Facility has also been constructed to provide the necessary treated water to the plant.

The produced steam and power consumed by the existing Ethylene Plant at Sumgait.

GAMA Industry performed the turnkey construction works of the plant as the subcontractor to Main Contractor Chiyoda of Japan.
